Welcome!
Purpose
Seattle OUTLeads is a networking group of LGBTQIA+ and Allied business owners and company representatives who are looking to develop long-term, meaningful relationships with other professionals, new customers, clients, and community partners.
The idea is simple: generate business for your fellow Seattle OUTLeads members by directing qualified leads and referrals directly to them, and in return, they bring leads and referrals directly back to you.
Only one industry is represented in the group at a time, which keeps the business activity circulating within the group.
Mission
To create a supportive community by sharing outstanding referrals, offering growth opportunities, and nurturing a culture of diversity, inclusion, connection, and friendship. Our goal is to share in the success of each member.
Vision
To provide a dynamic forum for members to enhance their business connections through networking and referral sharing.
When
We meet the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month at 8:30 am via ZOOM, allowing members from across our region to engage and participate. Consistent attendance is required, with members only able to miss one meeting per quarter, or have a qualified colleague sit in for them.

Your company will be listed in the business category of your choice.

Each listing will be live linked to the website of your choice.

Each business will create their own graphic to fit within the specs provided below, it can be just your logo, logo and information, or something more elaborate.
Artwork and Content Specifications:

BIO text: Maximum 450 characters maximum with spaces.

Graphic Dimensions: 2 by 2-inch square (or scalable) (144 px by 144 px)

File format: PNG or JPEG

Minimum 72 dpi qualified colleague sit in for them.

1. The format for speakers will vary between member presentations, outsourced guest speakers, and other engagement exercises.
2. One-on-one break-out sessions will be utilized to strengthen individual relationships.
3. Referral tracking will be instituted at the end of each meeting so our progress can be measured.
4. The attendance policy will allow you to miss one meeting per quarter, if you cannot attend a meeting after that, you will be asked to have someone sit in for you.
5. The new dues policy will be $150 year beginning on November 1st, 2023.
